i) COVID-19 AND ITS IMPACT ON EDUCATION

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected educational systems worldwide, leading to the near-total closure of schools, colleges and universities. Most governments have chosen to incidentally near instructive institutions in an attempt to decrease the spread of COVID-19. The closure of schools and colleges affected students. The impact was more severe for disadvantaged children causing interrupted learning and compromised Nutrition.

ii) MY IDEAL TEACHER

An ideal teacher motivates the students to work hard in class. An ideal teacher always encourages students and inspires the student to do the right thing in life. He or she makes students feel comfortable and confident in the classroom. The ideal teacher knows what the requirements of the students are. Mr Madan Jha is my ideal teacher. He has all the qualities of a great teacher. He takes care of his students and shapes their careers. I am proud to have Mr Madan Jha as my teacher.

iii) HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY

Honesty is one of the ultimate qualities of man. It makes the life of a man happy and successful. It is a great source of strength. An honest man has nothing to fear. So, honesty should be the principle of our life. We must not cheat others. An honest man always commands a respectable person. He is trusted by all. So, honesty is preferable to dishonesty.

iv) A PRIZE DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY

A prize distribution function is an important event for schools. This function holds great significance in the school diary. The prize distribution function attracts a large audience consisting of students, teachers, parents, and other invitees. It is held in our school every year on 10 January. The preparations for the function this year started a month earlier. the school building was whitewashed. The school hall was beautifully decorated with pictures and charts. The function started at 1 p.m. the principal announced the names of winners in different categories. The winners were asked to come on the stage to receive the prize. I got a trophy for getting the first rank in my class. In the end, the principal thanked everyone for making this function successful.

I) COVID-19 AND SOCIETY

The covid-19 pandemic has led to a huge loss of human life worldwide. It presents an exceptional challenge to public health, food systems, and the area of employment. Without the implies to win amid lockdowns, numerous are incapable to nourish themselves and their families. For most, no wage implies no nourishment, or, at best, less nutritious nourishment. II) IMPORTANCE OF NATURE

Everything humans need to survive and flourish is provided by the natural world around us. The rise of technology and industry may have distanced us from nature, but it has not changed our dependency on the natural world. most of what we use and consume daily is a product made or developed from nature.

III) A GREAT MAN OF INDIA

Mahatma Gandhi was a great man of India. He is called the father of the nation. His full name was Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. He was born on 2nd October 1869 at Porbandar. After passing the matriculation examination, he went to Britain to consider the law. On his return to India in 1915, he joined the Indian National Congress. Mahatma Gandhi started his non-cooperation movement in 1919. He followed the path of non-violence. Throughout his life, he struggled for India's independence from British rule. At last, he was successful and India become free on 15 August 1947.

IV) ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD

The proverb 'all that glitters is not gold means that everything that looks beautiful to our eyes may not be worthy for us. In other words, the proverb indicates that appearance may be deceiving. We should not judge an object purely based on its appearance. We should have a closer and deeper look before we form a judgement. For instance, there are many fruits found in the forest that look sweet and juicy but they are poisonous. The main purpose of the proverb is to caution us before putting our trust in something or someone, based purely on appearance.

V) VILLAGE MARKET

Village Market is a temporary centre for buying and selling goods to fulfil the needs of the locality. A permanent marker can be seen in town areas. But in the villages, peoples do all kinds of shopping in a local village market. A village market may be either daily or weekly. This market is mostly held in an open place. It is of great use to the local people. The products sold here are mostly farm-related. However, clothes and other products brought from the towns are also sold at a village market.
